Organizational Direction

Our strategic process starts with an understanding of who your organization is and where you intend to go. We even take a page from Jim Collins and use the “Hedgehog Concept” to determine the core of what your business offers. Helping companies understand and communicate their value proposition and unique benefits is what we excel at.

Marketing Overview

This is the core of marketing. The overview kicks-off by taking a concentrated look at your business’ product or service. Using market research, industry surveys and databases we then dig deep into your target audiences to answer pertinent questions including, “Who are your current customers/consumers and why do they buy from you?” Next we research the competition in detail and financial measures to determine the optimal pricing strategy that will create the best market position.

We then focus on sales and create strategies for maximizing your distribution efforts while maintaining consistency with your brand and messaging. Finally, we tackle the glamorous promotional strategy. Choosing the right avenues to promote your brand to your target audience in order to receive maximum effectiveness is why we make the big bucks.

Action Plan & ROI

This is where we begin to truly differentiate ourselves from other full service agencies. We take the information gathered in the Marketing Overview and build a comprehensive Marketing Calendar with a corresponding Marketing Budget.

We then evaluate the activities to gauge the expected results and determine if the ROI will be suitable for our clients. Although results cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors, it’s a very thorough process that helps clients determine the all important risk factor and formulate reasonable budgets.

Execute & Evaluate

Ensuring all the details of the Action Plan are implemented on time and on budget is our forte. Relevention becomes an in-house marketing department where weekly status meetings and communication are the norm. We work with our team of in-house designers to develop and shape the elements of the plan to deliver a “wow” product that generates results.

During the launch and at the end of the year, we evaluate the results and recommend courses of action. Our goal is to develop a long lasting relationship with our clients to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
